Frank Chow is an urbanist and his professional works are often multiple scales across planning and design disciplines. He founded frc design ltd in 2008 and has been mostly practicing works in the public realm in China with a focus in the common/ ordinary -scapes. Prior to frc, he was the Design Principal/ Regional Creative Director at EDAW/AECOM responsible to leading to its success of many award-winning signature projects. He was the recipient for the Jacob Weidenman Prize from GSD, Harvard University.
